Father and Son is an adventure that takes off from the National Archaeological Museum in Naples, a cultural institution housing some of humanity’s greatest artefacts and treasures.
What begins as the story of a son who never knew his father becomes a universal and ageless tale, with the present and the past making up the setting for Michael’s travels.
Seek for yourself the beauties of Naples, experience the last hours of life in Pompeii before Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD, and explore the ordinary day-to-day life in Ancient Egypt. The past is what makes our present real.
Completion time: 50-60 minutes. Some sections of Father and Son are unlocked by checking in at the Archaeological Museum of Naples, publisher of the game. The Father and Son soundtrack is available for download on the official site.

I really liked it. Not really a game more of a story. But it’s actually amazing. Artwork was beautiful eventhough its not realistic but overall its great. I like history too such as ancient egypt and rome so pretty clicked with me. It’s too bad that some features are not unlocked able as I must go to the museum in real life which not most of us can. Too bad the story is too short finished it in just an hour more or less. But good job mate!
This is truly an emotional experience. I don’t know how to describe this game other than “beautiful” because it is! The strength of this game is the storytelling. It takes its time to let you invest with the characters and the setting. It is poignant yet hopeful at the same time. It shows a universal “human” story. On the technical side of things, the vibrant colors project a pleasant vibe. And the animations are smooth, it doesn’t come off as laggy.
An emotional journey with beautiful soundtrack but it was so short, I wished the game was much more to bring than this but as a short game, it was beautiful but it could be much more better if you guys can put some tutorial about the things in the game For example I didn’t know that when I touch the clock , it will change to the other character. I hope that you guys release more stuffs
The first impression this game gives you, is of beautiful and simple graphics. I thoroughly enjoyed this game in the beginning, jusy because of the graphics. But honestly, I never finished. I really wanted to like the story, but I got extremely bored with the story and the gameplay. This game has a wholeee lot of walking. Maybe if I finished the game I would have a different impression, but I don’t want to put myself through all the walking again.
I like the graphic. The game is simple and short, but calming in a way. Although it’s pretty frustating when you don’t know whether you should go right or left. Then after pressing the screen for a long time, you meet a dead end because you choose the wrong direction, so you should go to the opposite and press the screen for a longer time.

Everything in this game is flawless. A very beautiful and deep story emphasizing on the troubled relationship between a father and a son. Most often love in a father-son relation is masked as both lacks in expressing emotions but this game makes us feel that strong bond all over again. The very of idea of the game is so pristine. Made my heart break when the game was all over. Would truly love a sequel. A great thanks to the developers for creating such an amazing and elegant game.

I love the song in the museum but I can’t find it on spotify! I even stayed there for hours just so that I can listen to the opera voice singing that beautiful song. The art is superb and the stories interwoven are very cool. The dialogue between the couple near the end, so beautiful. If this game is a word, it’s gonna be poignant. I still don’t fully get why the dad was so absent though. Being in Naples and being a dad can co-exist guy.
Why can’t there be another star!? Tbh, this game cannot be held within the limit of a few stars.. The beauty of this game is eternal. This is not a game, even. It is a STORY. A beautiful story that upholds love, and the bond between the past and the present. I’ve found myself floating across time. And the storyline… it’s amazing. It almost brought tears to my eyes.. In one word, it’s beautiful. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I really hope I can visit that museum one day.
