The fact that it has videos instead of pictures or other kind of coaching methods, it makes the difference! The challenges are useful as well! The only thing I don’t like is that the menu is hard to follow and find your challenges . In any case, today is my 3rd day of trying to become slim, didn’t got where i need yet, but i can feel all my muscles, and that is a very good thing!

I love the app no doubt. The workouts, the meals, amazing. 4 months in and only a few workouts came up twice. The only 2 things that annoy me are that my phone is not supported for full streaming mode (no music) and the postings to my wall that I’d like to just not have at all. I skip them but if there’s an option to have it or not would in the settings would be great.

I was very skeptical at first…..a free app yeah ok I’ll get a few bits then end up paying to unlock everything! How wrong I was! I love the variety of workouts and the fact you can search for a workout by time, body area etc the only thing I’d like to see with this app is a list of exercises on the opening page, I live in a small house with questionable floorboards, I’d like to know beforehand if a workout involves jumping, that way I can either avoid it or plan some alternatives. A* app!
