I will say this is a descent game. It states you play with real people but I have yet played a real person in the months I have played. Viewing stats on players I find that hundreds of games they have played and 0 wins. No friends requests accepted and none will chat. Good game in all just no challenge against the bots playing.
Can’t find a help button to move on board or to know how to play gin or knock button (I have pressed till I’m bluff in the face. I miss the points and they take a card from me and I might as well quit the game because I’m going to lose it anyway. I KNOW HOW TO PLAY GIN I JUST DON’T KNOW YOUR GAME. THERE IS NO PAUSE BUTTON TO ALLOW YOU TO GO TO BR.WHAT KIND OF PLANNING IS THIS?

Customer service does not respond to submitted bugs, nor so they correct their server issues. I have submitted 6 bugs in the last month and lost several games in the 50k and 100k rooms because of bugs. Very disappointed.
I play 4 Gin Rummy games on my tablets but this is my favorite by far. That being said; I DO have 1 Critique, which is the “Precise Discard” (that’s what I call it, anyway). It’s WAY TOO sensitive when it comes to discarding; if you don’t set it EXACTLY on the discard pile, the card snaps back into your hand. There’d be NO problem at all if the card snapped back in the same place it was before the discard attempt, but it doesn’t. I’ve lost SO many games due to this & it’s frustrating.

Hi, can’t get in touch without you so hope you look at this. I love this game but I can’t get in to play it now as it keeps asking me to log in using Google or Facebook. No matter which one I choose it goes back to login using the aforesaid. Please can you fix this. Thank you. Thank you for fixing the problem. It’s a great game. One of the best gin games I’ve played.

The connection issue has gotten better. I wish there were more live people to play with. All in all I love playing this rummy game I think it’s the best. Connection issues AGAIN…. Screen freezes and I lose 10 million points
