I was able to resolve the issue after reviewing the article shared. I’ve used this app for many years and liked it overall. However, since the app updated on my phone last week, I don’t receive notifications for one of my accounts anymore. I’ve tried turning on the notifications in the app and on my phone settings and nothing has worked. It indicates notifications are blocked and gives me no options to unblock it anywhere. Please advise.

I love the convenience of being able to access my work, university, and personal inboxes from my mobile devices. Being able to share photos and other files via email directly from my phone is also a huge asset. The functionality lost compared to the desktop Chrome app, such as changes to text styles and signatures, is a big drawback. My email signatures contain a lot of information that’s inconvenient to manually insert in mobile emails. Gmail would be a 5-star app with those features added.

A bit better put together than other email apps, but the kicker is that you can’t make labels. It’s not like Gmail doesn’t have a labels feature, on the computer version it does. I’m fact, you can even see those labels in the app. SO WHY CAN’T I EDIT/MAKE THEM IN THE APP? Otherwise, a solid app, very intuitive, and easy on the eyes.

I’m not happy. My app has been working fine but now I’m not getting any new emails because it doesn’t seem to be syncing. The few emails that are on there you can delete them, close out of the app then go back and the emails I just deleted are back???? Update: I was contacted with further instructions and after clearing my app storage and restarting, the app works perfectly now.
