Google Slides user reviews :
This is a good app but is missing some features that drive me a little nuts. Firstly you need to save as powerpoint if you actually want to create anything new and half decent, for example to insert an image you need to save as .pptx first. Why if the app can do this why cripple yourself. Secondly whilst it plays animations you can not add or edit object or slide animations even in powerpoint mood. Thirdly no chromecast support, perfect use case not implemented on android app.I look forward to the updates
My existing presentations come up beautifully; I love you Google. And I can’t wait to load the Developer Version of L on my Nexus 5 tomorrow :)
Of all the Google office apps that needs Chromecast it is this one. I use their presentations a lot and it would get much easier to do them with Chromecast. I’ll change my review after this is added.
