Great app but won’t connect with my HTC smart phone despite having android version 5.01. I have followed all instructions and guidlines but just receive message connecting then nothing.
can not get this to link to my Google photos. I have tried multiple times and it still will not load. it has all the permission everything has been cleared, I just can’t get into my photos.

I love sprocket! It is the best ever and u can print any photo! I highly reccomend it!!!!!!!!!
I love it. I order a lot of dies from China and I don’t always remember how they are to be used. A quick & small photo let’s me see how it can be used and/or how the little pieces go together especially for multi layers. I save the photo with the die. Same idea can be used for other die cuts from the Silhouette or Cricut. Great in scrapbooking and cardmaking.

- Please remove the paper & insert the colored print quality (PQ) card barcode side down & send an image to the printer. Keep inserting the PQ card 3-4 times so that the rollers get cleaned & printer gets calibrated. You can also use compressed air to blow out the output zone area. Any contamination in that area can result in lines on the output.
