Love my club. But the app should adjust schedule times depending on user’s location. I’m in USA but when I look at important dates on the app, I see the ones for England.
Too many notifications and not enough control. It should be possible to choose which notifications to receive but they’re just on or off and I’ve already had loads today!
I love the ap but my recent subscription to City + keeps getting declined and the message says the issue is on their end and they’re working on it. I’ve emailed the digital people twice and have had no response. Very frustrating

Sends a barrage of irrelevant (to me) notifications about the Women’s Team despite me supposedly turning those off. Very annoying.
This app doesn’t hide scores. It’s incredibly lame. Paramount+ hides all the scores for Champions League games, which is excellent. Man City should take some queues. The question is: if I already watch the games elsewhere, why would I pay for Man City Plus? If I am paying for Man City Plus, I clearly wouldn’t want the scores trumpeted on every replay and even on the full match replays. Hide the scores for goodness sake! Otherwise, this would be a pretty good app.
Lots of stuff not working, you get more info about city on sky sports! Good job it’s free!
Well I support city I haven’t even tried this app as I’m saying this it’s still loading but because man city Is a good team I know it’s gonna be a good apo

This app was great but it all of a sudden doesn’t take any of my payment methods. I certainly have the funds to pay 3.50 a month. This needs to be fixed asap as it is an unnecessary headache.
Good app but it needs to support popping out the video when you minimize the app. It’s basically impossible to watch videos without that

There is ease of navigation and also very informative. As a blue, I am proud to use this app. It is so convenient to catch up on all Man City news. It is an app that I will encourage every true City fan to use to avoid second hand information. It’s always up to date so nothing passes by you.
Needs alot of improvements. Always logs you out and even when you purchase city+ membership. It never states you actually own it. Just tells you to keep buying it, its a broken app it has been for years but it has potential to be fixed if they can be bothered. Hire me City im a huge blue I’ll sort it out.
App content is great but I recently signed up on the City website for the Cityzen membership & City+ and the app keeps on logging on to an old account automatically. So, I have no access to my services through the app now on my primary device. Would be great if this kink was fixed.
I should have rated it 5 stars but some features no longer work. That Cityzens where we can predict our possible line-up for an upcoming match and test our post match knowledge no longer opens. It’ll be appreciated if you work on it as soon as possible
This app is really nice and I like it but I would be cool if you add predictions from like from the Man U app. You can predict the score, man of the match, first scorer, and line ups. If your predictions are correct you get points. With those points you can get jerseyies, bag, sweatshirts etc. This would be cool to add to the man city app. I love Man City
