Game is great, the graphics and detail of planes are fantastic. The gameplay although is very arcady, planes are almost too easy to control and there isn’t a advanced control mode to access the rudder, flaps etc which makes avoiding missiles and guns difficult. There is also a lack of free cam to look around without having to turn the plane to that direction. The vehicle selection is limited to a few nations.
This is a very fun game, with simple yet engaging game modes, easy controls, and great visuals/sounds! Looks more on par with an early-acces title though, so I’m excited to see what future updates bring. The airplane animations could use a little work to make them more fluid (when you turn your plane goes all the way to full bank with very little input). I’d like to see a campaign mode added at some point, like the original Z2 Metalstorm: Online, instead of just being COD mobile with airplanes.
+5* – Game is great, even with beginner planes you can do pretty good despite being matched up against a group of advanced planes. Upgrades take a while, so some of these players are quite experienced! -2* – Stability Issues: I uninstalled because the game crashes intermittently, usually during a match but sometimes while loading a match. The main menu interface and chat are a bit clunky. Once these are fixed, I would probably play again and buy the pass.
Wow you guys are great! Thanks for your hard work and dedication. Elimination shouldn’t be in the map rotation. It’s a real drag. Several squadmates leave the que when it starts. Create 3 different servers, one for each of the modes. Capture the flag would be a fun mode as well wherever the flag is dropped is where you pick it up. It would have to be at least 10 minutes for the match.
