I find it very helpful. I am on a keto diet so my main concern is carbs so I have to look up everything.. It would be helpful if there was a spot to just look up foods that were zero to four carbs or a way for me to create a folder for this list otherwise I love this app.The more I use it the more helpful it is. started at 272 on Feb 4th now 244 ! Definitely helping.

App has helped me stay on track with the volume of food I was consuming. It immediately highlighted that my portion sizes more than anything else were too large. I have not committed to the full version (paid) but often feel that it would be a great add-on to an already great app.

Love this app. Extremely user friendly. I’m down 25 pounds. App keeps you on track, very detailed and keeps you motivated to keep moving, its nice watching your deficit numbers change when you excercise more. I feel like I have my own personal trainer. Purchase a food scale as recommended by the app, I bought mine at Bed Bath and Beyound they had a good selection. The scale is a really good tool to help you log your foods accurately. I cannot say enough great things in the post permitted.
