I changed my phone and reinstalled the app on the new phone. But now the app doesn’t access the previously saved files. Anything I can do to fix the problem or unhide the files manually? The app is not accepting my password and the prompt says password has been sent to the recovery email, however I haven’t received any mail as of now. Can you please at least send me the password?
Keeps saying 0 photos have been imported no matter if i try to import 1 or multiple. I just don’t have time to mess with an app that has these issues. It is frustrating and there are too many locker apps out there for anyone to have to deal with an app that clearly needs some work. Sorry guys!
For everyone that “lost” their pictures for whatever reason on their android phones: Go to your file mamager program, and look at “internal storage” Go to the settings in the file manager app and select “Show Hidden Items” Now you can scroll down to the folder “.PL” In that folder is all of your pictures sorted by their respective Photo Locker folders. Rename each file and remove the .pl at the end of each file. Now select all the renamed files and move them to your photos folder. Enjoy.

I changed phones, and downloaded the app “Photo Locker” again. However, I cant see my previous pictures. How do I retrieve them?
Any body know. Please help. I have very special pictures of my children when they were small saved on this app. i did not have any back up. My phone was lost, which is why i got a new phone. I appreciate any advise or suggestions. THanks
