It’s OK for tracking work but not very intuitive. Took a lot of navigating to a close option. Not as easy to operate as the desktop version, but in a pinch, I can at least see what queues look like and with a bit of digging where progress is being made on cases.

The app keeps going to blank screens or just spins without allowing me to do anything. I have to reset my phone multiple times throughout the day just to input my reports
I’m a huge fan. Salesforce is a very powerful tool. I do however think they need to work on the development aspect of business specific programs. That being said it’s gold! Just not crystalized gold (9 out of 10). I’m happy that our company chose Salesforce.
Would be excellent if it weren’t for the fact that on Android phones of you hit the back button, it takes you all way back to the home screen. Very frustrating!

It’s pretty easy to use I just wish it wouldn’t freeze or I have to constantly log in after I vist another store.
Alright….. I’ve been using this app for almost a year. Why the Android version can’t do all the same things as the iOS version does, I couldn’t begin to understand. As many others have mentioned, this app takes up so much in the way of resources. It will consistently freeze. No… you can’t send in the system log stating what is happening…. because you need to kill the program to get the phone to unfreeze. If the phone doesn’t have a full set of bars, and attempt to upload a picture or file, it tells you that you don’t have internet connection and then it gives you an error stating that you don’t have permission and need to contact system admin. The app only functions in portrait mode. You cannot turn it to landscape. You cannot pan through charts that extend outside of the visible screen. The app needs work. Again, it should mimic the iOS version… but doesn’t.
Really REALLY bad glitches in this app. every day. Without fail. It has a some legs & alot of potential but its such a pain to use that it puts you off doing what is required. Very slow in a fast paced environment. Would love to work with the development team to give real world feedback & help encourage some forward progress. I have no choice but to use it b/c it’s part of my work role, but it has a long way to go compared to Microsoft,Asana and other products I’ve used. Hopeful for some updates
It’s not broken but needs updates. When using the “Mobile Only” version, I’m unable to access my calendar. It also doesn’t allow you to edit the calendar at times. Would be helpful when using “Chatter” to have a drop down menu with different keywords that would work for easier search of a particular chat. This is probably something that is individual based and not a Salesforce issue. Also, would be nice to add multiple pictures into 1 “Chatter” post without having to make a slideshow.
Salesforce is an amazing tool that help during sales calls to get information out as well as take constructive notes down. Salesforce have been a major part of my stores success!!!
