Samsung Flow user reviews :

It is a good app.. when it connects. I have one problem, though.. the damn app doesn’t have an “Add” or “Connect” button to a (new) device.. So, my problem is that even though the app is opened on both devices, phone and desktop(win10), both connected to the same wifi network, i can’t connect them. Please, give us a way to connect the devices manually if they can’t automatically. RE: the “Start” button disappeared due to a shrinked window.. that is not good. It should always be there..

  • Sorry for the inconvenience. After running the Samsung Flow app in desktop (win10), in the upper right corner … > Click the “Scan for devices” menu. If you see a phone you want to connect to the list, you can press it to proceed with the connection. If you have any additional problems, please send an e-mail to flow.dev[at]samsung.com , thank you
Better than before with WLAN connection, but why does the screen have to remain on when mirroring? SideSync could do this with the screen completely off before. It’s an unnecessary waste of battery to have the phone screen active when it’s already mirrored. The phone screen on/off button on the Smart View doesn’t really work. It just lowers the brightness on the phone screen but you can still see it’s on and what’s happening. It should be actually off.

  • Hello, Kristian Joseph Gomez. Sorry for your inconvenience. We will review your suggestion so that it can be supported in the next major update. Thank you.
I have been using SideSync for some time and am very disappointed that much of the functionallity that I have been using in the past has disappeared. This was an influence on my purchase of a Tab S4. Specifically The ability to access my phone screen (and use my phone) from my tablet is something I used alot and was hoping to be able to do now, but cannot.
