Simple Music Player user reviews :

Works as advertised for the most part. Simple, easy to use interface. Free with no ads, and it doesn’t try to sell you stuff every time you open the app like other big players on the market. Unfortunately this app doesn’t work properly with screen off. One minute after I turn the screen off the music stops playing. When I turn the screen back on, the play button in the app will not work. • Hello, will take a look at it. Thanks

No ads. Doesn’t hog space. Doesn’t invade my privacy. Free. I loved this app, until yesterday. I’d noticed it skip a song and it did so repetitively. When I went to the artist, it skipped every song. When this repeated with a second artist, I restarted the phone, only to discover the app had deleted all my playlists (contents, list title is still there). It plays the rest of the music, and I had thought it was an issue with the albums, but today I downloaded Musicolet and it has no issues.

I love your apps its just simple and hope you make more like simple video player and phone cleaner without .. ads on Wish you luck in the days to come Looking forward to see new app SIMPLY THE BEST

Does it what it says on the tin, but it’s too simple for me. What I’d like to see added to bump it from good to great: 1) Folder tree navigation. Just having one huge long list of all your songs is very awkward to scroll when your song count is in the thousands. 2) Play queue + associated functions. 3) Ability to return to full player view (with album art shown) by tapping on the currently playing song’s title; currently the only way to get back to said view is to scroll ALL THE WAY back to the top of the file list, something very tedious with lists thousands of entries long. 4) Support for in-folder album art (currently only art embedded in files gets shown) 5) Gapless playback (doesn’t work on my Moto G5+ at least)

I love simplicity. But during listening if i switch beetwen aps, app collapse.

Great app, no ads, prefer this app over default!

Simple interference great application

Very simple to use. Far better and simpler than play music if you have music downloaded to your device. Also consumes very little battery and also zero ads!!

Amazing app! Can you guys add sorting by songs number order? I have albums but I can’t sort them by their song order.

Great nice and easy to use app. Im switching from Google Play music to this for now, as it is more responsive and does what I want. I would like to see Android Auto support added.

Exactly what I was looking for. A simple music player, low foot print & no data mining. S7/8.0

Great app. Add sleep timer and I’d rate 5 stars!

Thank you for the good and easy application. I really like it.

Pretty good like all Simple Mobile Tools’s apps. It maybe won’t show you songs arranged in artits or albums, but at least you can create custom playlists. Also, the widget is too much simple, I mean the it will not show the cover or the song name :P Aside from that, a very minimalist music player.

I love this player. Simple as it is titled. Easy to use, no ads, no staying up on its own and talking to who knows where. Elegant in it’s simplicity.
