Honestly this app is so much better than spotify, if you search and play a specific song itll play that song instead of another by the same artist like spotify often does. Despite not having lyrics you have comments and reposts, sort of like on tiktok. Everything is free and it also doesnt have ads. The only thing is that some songs and artists arent available in some countries, yet theres almost always reuploads or remixs of them from other users and they come up easily. The mixes the app makes
this app is almost perfect. only thing that i dont like is the way that you organise songs in a playlist. yall should make that easier. also sometimes when im listening to a playlist, some random songs that are not in the playlist start playing. am i the only one having that issue? besides from that this app is my go to for listening to music.
Tried on multiple low range phones (4gb ram on Android 10) and the devices can’t keep the app running along with a navigation all the time (there’s just the random force closes occasionally) . This came as a big surprise to me, as years ago I had the app on potato phones. I dunno if it’s the SoundCloud app optimization, the Android OS or the devices themselves, but it seems it’s time to check for alternatives for me. Otherwise I will always apriciate the SoundCloud content.
This is the best music player/downloader out there. I can find all the songs I want and no issue with them, but I think there are too many ads when searching for songs. I would love if I can replay the same piece of music (replay button) that would be a good feature. Also when I don’t have a lot of music in one play list it adds different music in that I don’t want. But i would really like a replay button to listen to my favourite music.
Simply fantastic. My favorite artists and DJs are here and I get to listen original audio quality. It is the way meant to be heard music. A strange thing in the app is that we can’t edit anything through the app such as profile photo, info etc., instead we need to go to the SoundCloud website. Also, I would love the feature if the comments would have shown just like in the SoundCloud website.
