Awesome features! BUT, please let us set multiple servers as Favorites!!! Coz 1 is not enough. We test speeds on multiple networks, and having to search in that random list is annoying. Thank you! PS: Add Romania to your map of countries with the best internet, already!! It’s also the country with the cheapest/most affordable internet plans in the world! Here, fiber wire Gigabit is under $10 per month. Unlimited plan of course.
An actually somewhat useful app . I can use it to check for internet outages , or see of my local network just has a lot of people using it. It is a whole lot faster than launching your browser , navigating to the page , then running the test . You just hit the icon and the GO button .
Pretty much the best network speed testing app I’ve used. It is really useful for testing not only basic cellular and WiFi networks, but also assessing speed differences between various DNS and VPN connections. You can switch between single or multiple simultaneous connections for speed testing, and you can also adjust the scale and units of measurement.
I Do not remember this app saying anything about jumping in when ever it wants so that it can check out the wifi. I received a mysterious message from my phone about this app. I looked at it seeing a full list of times it came into my phone because of the ‘Always On’ permission. Like some other apps, my phone privacy said this app also can work without location needing to be on. I already have the Wi-Fi information on my phone. So I clicked it on to download then clicked it off.
nice app accurate at some level. comment: allow fixed target server that does not reset. if possible to set a schedule (especially for windows, like every x minutes). make it easier to email the logs and test data.
I have been relying on this app since ages for testing my network speed. It has never let me down. App is equally useful. Also charges for ad-free experience are very low considering other greedy apps which charge on monthly basis. (I simply delete those apps ;))
I don’t use it all the time, but it is handy. it recently showed me that my connection speed had really fallen off, turned out to be a damaged router and a damaged modem! big ups to Ooklala!
Truly indispensable app! Not sure what’s going on when your device is acting weird? Check Speed test by Ookla first to make sure your internet connection is strong. Go from there if the problem persists.

I love the new minor UI enhancements in this latest version. They really make the app feel much more polished. The new onboarding experience is fantastic too. Please continue to update the app frequently with similiar improvements!

3.0 is great! Looks amazing after the 3.0 update and it still seems to be accurate. Great job! I paid to remove the ads so I could support Ookla. :D Plus it makes the app look even better.
