I really love how the short articles included in this app really put things in perspective. It’s well thought out and motivating. It’s helped my mood improve – it’s all too easy to get caught up in your own and others negativity – and the articles are great for ideas or notions overlooked when stressed, depressed or anxious. Really, you need to try it and give it about 2 weeks.

When I was trying to do the survey and the mood tracking, it didnt even work. It’s so disappointing because I have been looking at so many apps for mental health and coping with depression and stress but all of them you have to get some kind of membership/ subscription.

Fantastic idea. The app works really well and has a friendly user interface that looks great. Tracking important things is very helpful to me. I also like how the Insights articles offer actionable tips.
