lots of guided options, makes it easy to fit a short session in your day if that’s all you can. I like the positive affirmation / quote notifications every day, and the reminder to be mindful and take a moment for yourself

The premium version is ok but the free version is difficult to use. You see all options but can’t use all, very difficult to find a mindfulness trainin g when not all that are shown are available for you

Most of the time, I use this app with basic timed meditations that are free. Occasionally, I buy the monthly membership to experience a guided meditation and there are plenty of those and on different topics and lengths. I have used it for many years and it is integral part of my morning routine.

I have now used this app, fully paid for, and I wholeheartedly and joyfully recommend it to anyone wanting to learn about the brain-mind relationship, take a good and deep look within oneself, hear talks by a wide variety of teachers and be guided through many different meditations. I have only one suggestion – please increase the number of women teachers to equal the men. We need to hear women’s experiences, insights and teachings. Thank you for this app.

Mostly good, but there is a really distracting and annoying feature that I am unable to turn off. During every silent meditation, bells ring at various points of the meditation. I’ve tried to turn them off in the settings, but they continue regardless. Unfortunately, i’ll have to try another app, as the bells are too distracting.
