Very good. Gradual and simple moves. If it’s not enough, your able to repeat the daily challenge. Not flooded with ads either so I’m actually doing it and not deleting the app. I don’t mind a few ads, after all the app is free, but some of the exercise apps are nothing buts advertising, which I proply delete.
A great app that’s easy to use wherever you may be. It works your core hard and has some exercises I hadn’t used for years so really felt it! Now my daily go to for a quick home workout. Another great app in the series. Give a try ko matter your fitness level…it can be adapted to suit all levels.
Not beginner friendly. The app and exercises seem okay, but man… this is NOT beginning friendly at ALL! I kept rating things as “too hard”, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Giving up for now. Might try it again in the future or find one that is more geared towards TRUE beginners like me.

I used this app for 3 months leading up to an ice climbing school, along with some full body conditioning. It did what I expected it to do for me. I felt stronger having a stronger core and it really showed through to everything else I was doing. After the intermediate and advanced I continued with my own personal training schedule using the app. My wife and I have gotten plenty of compliments and we’ve sent this app to our friends and co-workers.
Love this app. Paid for it so no adverts. I do it every morning and there are different levels dependant on ability. Have used it for a couple of years now. Simple to use, overall look is good too. Thanks!
I was testing this app to see if it would work for me. The static ads are okay but the “POP UP” ads that are consistely appearing before, during and after each session is too much. “bUt mY ReVEnuE” to develop more apps is a BS answer too. Uninstalling and going with another app.
This app is good there’s a choices for where you want to do 1st and as beginner I choose easy way and it’s a little bit hard but I love doing exercises so I keep doing it. I give 4 stars cause even when I’m a first time of using this app I can say it’s so much helpful specially for those who want to stay healthy.
I have been using this for 3 years now. I find it a good routine for short bursts of exercise in the mornings. The daily increase gets a bit much but you can reset it to repeat days or even start over.
