i used to track my workouts in Google Sheets and graph them out in Google Datastudio. It was pretty good, but using this app instead is much better. I love the profile and posting thing. It’s also very motivating to keep coming at the gym. It’s also very good at helping you with the timers between sets and exercises. It just makes the gym experience so much more enjoyable. Really useful app with an aesthetic UI and is easy to use. It has almost every exercise you can think of along with a weight tracker, body fat tracker etc. The app provides graphs of your overall progress over a period of time. You’re also given a graph which shows the muscles you have targeted in your past exercises. It’s a really helpful app. But i think free users not being able to view all time progress kind of contradicts the whole point of using this app. Other than that it’s great.

Honestly, this is a great app for beginner and intermediate level lifters getting ready to take the next step in getting huge. The only critique is that some variations of exercises are missing, however their catalouge of exercises is vast. I’m sure over time, more and more exercise will be added. The UI is phenomenal and makes adding sets, drop sets, and feeders absolutely effortless.

It’s a very intuitive app and has helped me see and track progress in the gym. I would love to see the option to attach an image to the notes section during workout. Sometimes an image can capture a lot more than a thousand words. E.g. when the dumbbells or plates you’re using don’t have legible figures written on them. Better to just save a pic of what plate you used for when you revisit that routine. Or to take a pic of your buddy doing the correct pose/form of an exercise for reference.
