Also even tho I’m signed into my account I have to enter my email amd the confirmation# which is obsurd. So I can’t go back to see what I’ve ordered. Which for me personally is a HUGE inconvenience.
The only app that constantly says it’s having a problem or stuck on the opening screen even with update after update, restarting, connected to wifi. Super annoying
The Hollister app is bright and fresh. The well-designed layout makes it easy to use. Highly recommend.
Loved the app and then once I got logged out I couldn’t remember my password and then once it sent the confirm email I would click confirm and then it would yake me back to the app and say error that my version of the app doesn’t support this request so I had to make a brand new account and lost the points that I had because the app did not work and when I spoke to a representative they said they would send a new email to reset my password and that one did work either.
The app doesn’t accept my form of any payment. Crazy! Called customer service. Absolutely no help! Girl named Lu stated she’s aware, however could not help me. I was on the line for 55 minutes with her. Mostly on hold. After she did not return to the phone after 20 plus minutes, I figured she just left me on hold. How unprofessional. Most people just want a check. They do not want to work & these companies aren’t training them either.
I’ve bought a lot of stuff from Hollister in the past year or so. I had to get a new debit card because my last one expired. I did use this card for a purchase at Hollister, but now all of a sudden they are denying my card. My card works for other online orders for different retailers, so it isn’t my card. My mom let me use her card for my last purchase and it went through, so it isn’t my account. I’m not going to keep borrowing my mom’s card to make purchases. At least I’ll save some money
WHEN it works, it’s great. But it constantly crashes/freezes or even when I try to open the app is just never loads. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall a few times now.
The app is great it’s the people that do the shipping of there products twice they have left the security tab the jeans I have purchased.
the clothes that I purchased from Hollister are absolutely amazing. from skinny to wide legs they feel comfortable durable and simply amazing with the tops that I’ve selected I would recommend Hollister to all my family and friends as my daughter referred Hollister to me
Needed to reset my password.. it forces you to go through the app on mobile but the app says it’s current version doesn’t recognize the link. So basically you need to use a computer anyway.
I love Hollister clothing. It fits my bodyshape so well and the clothing is always comfortable and washes great.
Fast shipping & overall a great layout to their app. Have placed 2 orders with them & was very pleased considering the bulk of the order I got & how quickly I received it! I will be using this app again in the near future!
Buggy. Okay. Can be frustrating at Checkout. Just not as smooth and responsive as some other Designer Apps. Not bad. But there are better ones out there.
