I’ve used Setmore for 5 years, but the latest update has been a huge disappointment. The once simple and intuitive interface is now overly complicated and frustrating to navigate. Tasks that used to be quick and easy are buried under confusing menus, requiring unnecessary steps. It’s sad to see an app I relied on for so long become so difficult to use. This update has made me seriously consider switching to another platform. I hope the developers listen and make it user-friendly again.

Have used setmore for years for our barber shop, new interface as of July 2024 is terrible. The clients say the enjoy the update on their end but on the barbers end there’s just a lot to look at and most of it seems useless, nothing is bold etc so all the words blend together it’s hard to read, many steps now to click on& book for people,their phone numbers and personal info do not just pop up when you click them anymore, you have to search for everything. No longer quick and easy. Please fix.

Edit: Reply to dev: Ive been in contact with your team numerous times in the past and nothing has improved. If you want more in depth feedback,then you’ll need to hire me. Original review: The app had potential, but there are some key UI & UX issues that the devs seem incapable of addressing. There also needs to be more customisation in terms of user profiles, to suit various use cases.

I don’t use any of the financial parts, but I’m a premium member and use the calendar, texting and email reminder service. The app works great and the develooers have really gotten it together lately and fixed the bugs. Edit: Taking a star off. The latest update removed features for no apparent reason. Now I’m being forced to receive reminders I don’t want, or turn off ALL notifications. And there’s nowhere on the website or app to complain, unless you want third party chat ‘customer service’
