Thankfully flying blue airlines is much better than this app. Why airlines can’t get simple things to work properly in a app is shocking. For example, if I am doing several flight searches why does it constantly (but not always) default my search parameters back to some default thereby requiring me to repeatedly enter the same info. I have 30 years of software experience and I know these are not complex operations. How things like this gets pass your dev and then your QA is pretty sad.
It’s absolutely incredible, updates make the app consistently worse. Now I can’t type in a departure place (e.g. Paris), it doesn’t get recognized, so I can’t buy anything at all. Unbelievable

I have updated it, I regret it, I am trying to book, it takes ages to load the prices ( and it is not loading actually), and it is freezing at the search page. In a nutshell, the app is not usable for booking. Unfortunately I could not add some pictures here to show you the issues. I have restarted and cleared the cash but still not usable. It will be nice to test the updates before release to not break what it already working. I hope that the flight experience will be better than the booking

It asks me to update but when I do it says already updated. Click on open then must scan my passport and get an error whole time. I keep on getting flight departure changes sms but it is the same flight time info as on the App? Our flights the past 3 times were excellent – no complaints on the in-flight, thank you for the great service on board.
web site is one of the industry’s worst: however their phone customer service is one of the best in the industry. their dynamic pricing for flying blue awards is totally crazy.
