I’m trying to edit listing and often will freeze. Click on the button, and nothing happens. I’m trying to add images, and they do not upload. Very ugly interface. I am used to the Etsy app, which is much easier. There are too many options for products and rules to read that are not easily understood.
The Updates Saved the Day, however… The time & effort put into making this app more functional was a blessing. But there’s still ONE issue, & it’s HUGE to me. The ordering notifications. They are still nonexistent. I’ve set up the push notifications for the app. It doesn’t ring until I open the app. It adds more to my day to constantly check my shop. And it could cost me orders & that isn’t good for business. Please make the notifications work without opening the app.
The app is much easier to use than on the website itself. I’m sure it’s great for sellers who have large inventories. For myself, it’s somewhat difficult to use. I would like to see a button which will allows me to view the listing as a purchaser so I know what others see. Amazon has come a long way though and I appreciate being able to sell periodically and minimally.
Better than expected out of the gate There is definite potential here, and this was surprisingly better as an initial release than I expected. My review is based on the scouting abilities of the app, which is what I need it for. The headline and showstopper here is that this app DOES NOT use the filtered Amazon API data, but gives the actual website data! Hooray! The API data (used by Profit Bandit and Scanpower etc) will often show the lowest FBA seller at say $12, but the Amazon website shows numerous sellers less than $12. This is horribly unhelpful when trying to make buying/pricing decisions. This app shows the actual lowest FBA offer which is great, and the data you click through to is the real Amazon website data
It is a start. It would be nice if you could communicate with the buyer in the app without having to open a webpage. It would also be nice to see orders etc in the application. For now I have to give it a low score. It has way too many things missing. With as big as Amazon is it shouldn’t be that hard to get your development team to make it more user friendly. You take enough in fees just from us to pay for a team to do that in short order.
Positive I love it!! Its easier to get our products selling faster. Working together to making it better in Amazon. Don’t stop keep going forward and beyond
