This made such a difference! I dread the sound of wind now after being through two tornadoes and derecho winds within the last few years. So, sure, makes sense I get anxious when it’s windy, right? Right! Still doesn’t help though. After listening to this for maybe a week, I realized that it was windy out, but I barely noticed! I was doing something and, every now and then I’d think: Oh it’s windy. But then I’d go right back to what I was doing and forget about it. That was NOT the case before. I could barely do what I needed when it was windy. For those upset about the free version – you can get help even with just that. You just have to listen to the intro and you lose some setttings that are nice to have but not super needed. It was worth it, though, to pay a few bucks to not suffer anxiety. It is a little boring to listen to the same thing, but … that’s how it works. I sometimes tune more in, sometimes not but still play it. And, when I feel grumpy about listening, I remind myself that 30 minutes of the *same thing* is tons, tons better than feeling anxious for hours. I only need a refresher now, anyhow – maybe a time or two a week.

I have used this app for years. it helps me sleep..I use sleep app as well but if I wake in night this puts me into deep sleep. I highly recommend it. Be sure to add soothing sounds for min or hours in settings. thanksomuch for a great product. over the years my anxiety has improved greatly. small permanent changes. I breath better thru my nose. be sure to buy the book called Breath by Nestor another great resource that needs to be shared.

There is no doubt this helps in moments of extreme anxiety or panic. I don’t know whether the effects are lasting, but I have used this multiple times for a recent bout of severe anxiety and it helps a lot in the moment. If my mind is racing too much to fall asleep, 9/10 this makes me sleep. Interestingly, it doesn’t really “feel like” it’s working for the first half, but by the end I’m either calm and relaxed, or I wake up a few hours later and realise I fell asleep.

Free yet not free. Although it said the app was free, once you try it, you discover many features are not available until you upgrade to a paid version, never mentioned on the download page. It was impossible to evaluate with so many features unusable.
