ASOS is GREAT. I really like that they have many different brands of clothing, sneakers, accessories, etc. With lots of different styles, from many countries. I also enjoy that they take Afterpay (if you’re trying to budget). They have great deals/discounts constantly. Which is really amazing. And as if that wasn’t enough, they have so many different sizes too (from super small to very large (XXS-XXL!)!! & of course reviews & so many features. I LOVE shopping here. Would highly recommend it.
I absolutely love everything about this app and brand. The app is easy to use and very detailed. It actually allows me to edit my previous orders to re-check the details when other apps don’t. The prices are rather high, but the quality is superb and the style of fashion are amazing. Very fast in processing my delivery and returns , and I am regularly informed about updates of my order. Overall, amazing, and I love shopping here.
An OK app for selection. Can lack behind others in keeping you informed of your order and delivery. Booking ‘home collection’ courier returns is made MUCH more complicated than for booking ‘drop off’ returns, which could be viewed as discriminatory as many disabled NEED this and have more difficulties with it; it should be made easier. They also use ‘Rebound’ to book the home collections with Evri or Royal Mail instead of using Evri or Royal Mail directly, but Rebound ALWAYS have difficulties.
Have loved buying from Asos for years. The only site I could find that has a VARIETY of styles and isn’t just Bohemian, like most American stores, or Club fits like Some UK stores or Business Casual like every other fashion retailer (Zara, Mango). Also has a very good array of aesthetics for much better quality than fast fashion stores but still cheap!
So easy to use this app. Had gift vouchers to use which were so simple to add . Excellent customer service from asos as they reissued my vouchers when I had to return clothes that didn’t fit (sizing between brands can be really erratic!). Some great clothing at good prices.
I love Asos, especially when they have reasonable sales. I love the wide variety of sizes for shoes and clothing at times. I especially like the reviews, they help me to decide on an item. The returns is stress free and I love it even more lol!
Easy peasy, love ASOS. For the shapely woman, it’s great. Really great styles for all age groups, easy to return stuff. I hardly shop anywhere else. I tried one of your competitors recently and wasn’t impressed (sizing rubbish), came straight back to asos!!
Incredible app. Great to see discounts, amazing selection always find everything you need plus more. Excellent choice of expensive or budget. Excellent customer service plus delivery service and easy returns. 5* app. I Think I can get numerous items, brands and just everything you can think off.
Nice app, searching there can be dreadful though. There are no pages, so you have to scroll down and sometimes checking out an item throws you back to the beginning. Or sometimes the app just reloads itself. Also got a bday discount of 20%. But somehow the app decided that 20% of 260 is 27 No discount excluded items were in the cart Anyways, I’m using this app for ages because I need petite clothes and Asos delivers. The quality is mostly pretty decent but you gotta know what not to buy.
The products actually fit properly instead of come 3 sizes bigger than they should and they are incredibly well priced. I could do with the color options being on every product entry though. It’s a pain to look for the same product in another color sometimes.
The app is easy to use. I love the videos to see the clothes, and that the height and size of the models is on there. Might be nice to have more info about how ASOS are trying to be more sustainable, carbon neutral etc.
