It would be nice if you add, for the “sort” button, “sort by %discount” and on the filter “waist: high, low, medium” for pants, “print: one color, animalprint, lines, logo”. Thanks! Otherwise the app works well, the clothes are what they should be, delivery time is acceptable and the discounts are bigger than any other app I’ve tried.

Unreliable and no customer service: i made an order, whereby one item arrived with no label and body odour! I believe it was worn and then returned. Disgusting. I know I can return it for free, but wanted to signal to the customer service. No meaningful reaction. Apparently no meaningful control of returns. Ordering on your own risk of getting something that had been worn and then thrown back. Very disappointed

Amazing app! Prices are phenomenal for brands like Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger which are usually very expensive. Also I love this app because of the 10% discounts and the €30 vouchers, these male luxury brands a bit more accessible to the average person. The only downside is that you have to be invited by someone so you can use the app.

Made first order for €900 and get only 10 positions out of 36 ordered! Without any notice! Had to fullfill the complience form for 26 times! Will see how they solve all that incidents… But, sometimes, the prices are good and variety of brands are awesome. Update: I got the answer from the support that my order were sent in one box and right after I done with 26 complience form I received the second parcel with all that items!!! I spend an hour writing things to support for nothing!

It’s one of the best online marketplace to buy shoes, they have a great collection and buying is super easy. Extra points: They also have very flexible return policy so if you don’t like something, you can return easily and get a refund. So I highly suggest it.

App works well, great number of quality brands, good variety of styles. The size guide needs a little more work. Chest circumference in cm would be a start for jackets coats, and shirts. Would recommend.

Amazing discounts that ruined me for any other online shop! So far I have been receiving only high quality products that correspond completely to the descriptions listed.

Very helpful and with useful filters to facilitate your search in what is needed.

Good app, quick. There are a lot of filters. Filters are very specific, and I can find exactly what I need (size, material, colour, sale) from very broad assortment.

The filters are really limited (and sometimes also inaccurate) and the amount of items unbelievable, making every visit to the app much more painful and longer than it needs to be. Please add more filters for each category! At least the basic ones, such as length, sleeves, cut… and definitely add more categories! Test with real users and learn from the competition. I much prefer the selection here than in other apps, so it’s really such a pity and missed opportunity.

I like the new feature where you can pre-choose your favorite brands. If I can make one suggestion: I’d really like to see an exclude feature in the settings. I sometimes like to browse the categories outside of my favorite brands, and it would certainly be easier (tho not necessary ofc) to have the option to exclude certain brands I don’t like instead of having to choose everytime the brands I’d like to have displayed. Again, that’d be just a luxury on top of an already nice experience!

Have been shopping with them many times. Great price you would ever get compare to other websites. I never return items since they always fit to my size. But it would help if the descriptions and sizing information be more detail especially on shoes. Sometimes the mix and match they do on the model doesn’t flatter the item, like beautiful blouse with an ugly pants. Wishlist also a problem for me. When I check on an item on my wishlist and click back, it doesn’t return to the page I was before.
