NEW SKILLS SYSTEM
The all new skills system enables players to earn skills point and spend those towards upgrading skills that best fits their gameplay. Upgraded skills are persistent through all game modes.
SIDE QUESTS
While playing the campaign mode, players can decide to alter their strategy to complete one or many of the 41 included side quests. Completing side quest entitle players to hefty rewards!
WORLD TOURNAMENTS

I would give 5 stars, but there’s something that doesn’t make sense. I don’t get WHY you have to HOLD to get bio points, when you could just tap them for the same result? Not only would that be helpful in harder difficulties, but it would also save a lot of headaches for us, the players. That’s the only issue I can think of. The realism, the real medical conditions, the accurate medications make me think it deserves 4 stars.
The game is original and fun to play but there’s several bug, specially when buying and receiving rewards/points. The worst part is the skill tree to enhance your next game, you need points to upgrade the skills and then coins to use them with a very low cap of use per day which makes it redundant and not interesting to use at all, probably one of the worst mechanic I’ve seen in a game as it makes rewards outside the playable area unpalatable. Reworking this, game would be an a good 4*.
The graphics are good and also the part where you can pick to be in the good side (who saves the patient) or bad side (giving diseases to the patient). But there are so many complications in this game, I hope they fix it especially the part where you can’t save your progress and they way you collect bio points, where you need to hold them and not just tap them also the bugs and glitches which disturbed the experience in this game. There’s a potential in this game but needs more improvement
Great idea for a game and when it works, it’s a ton of fun. But I can’t believe how many bugs their are. The Death mode doesn’t work for me at all because I can’t close out of certain menus and on all modes it doesn’t track my progress so it makes me play certain missions 2-3 times. Just wait to get this game until it’s actually ready for play and out of this beta stage.
