I’ve found the app to be effective and it works as should. However, one GIGANTIC PROBLEM is the inability to change the language. Just because I am accessing it from a non English language country does not necessarily mean I speak that country’s language. My phone is in English and being an American living abroad, I would highly appreciate it, if it could be eventually possible to switch languages. Otherwise, I do recommend the app. Please consider the language switching. Not forced.
It’s a shame that there is no option to choose English language for the app. But I have my hopes that one day it will happen :) but in rest, easy to use. Should be possible to change a review once it’s posted because some flaws of the items appear later
Useful, but if I don’t use it for some time, when I open it, a pop up asks something and I usually end up clicking on PL. I keep forgetting abt it, therefore I keep removing and then download the app again for correct country. Thank you!
Once I’ve got the right size, everything is smooth. The app is very comfortable, easy to filter, easy to navigate.. Thanks.
Great app, nice clothes :) The clothes measurements are not correct, usually you need to buy 1-2 sizes smaller than indicated by the table. There are lots of comments from previous buyers regarding the correct size or quality of items so you can use them for guidance.
Problems with language is not an issue for me however English version should be available with any app. In general app is easy quick transaction with payment. So far so good.
Rating 3 stars because the app does not remember the country you are living in, even though location is activated and changes its language to something else, that something else not being a language widely spread.
The app freezes every 5 min. The customer contact info is well hidden, you have to go through multiple windows to find a phone no. The ladies from Romania call center are very rude, don’t know how to explain anything, they shout at you, they don’t listen and they talk over the client. Asked for proof of refund, because I didn’t received my money back in the timeframe they provide, they said they will send me the info immediately on the same day, they sent it 3 WEEKS LATER. Horrible overall.
Right after my last order the app stopped working for me (after a year of use with no issues) I get an error message after logging in, and reinstalling didn’t help…
I cannot see my account with my orders. The app is trying to open, but it keeps loading over and over. And it’s been 3-4 days since the app is doing like that. From my latest update.
I’m from Romania, not from Poland. It’s impossible for me, after many years of romanian language account, to read instantly, just like that, in polish language. If you want to sell ONLY In Poland, cut the accounts of other people from other countries. Go for it!
Great app! Want to change the language you need to uninstall and install back the app choosing the right language for you.
Are you serious??? After installation, the default language is Polish!!! At least, put a button (with a flag icon) on the welcome screen, so we can select the language before login or anything else! How am I supposed to navigate to the language settings, if I don’t understand Polish??? Great job, guys! Keep it up! LOL
App is nice, few functions are harder to find (that’s why I give it 4/5) but overall is nice.

Actually the issue is with the language (can’t be changed).otherwise the app is amazing
