CBT Companion user reviews :

I don’t use any of the functions besides the entries, so this review is for that. I like the range of emotions, but it could be bigger. The way you can choose the percentage/severity of the emotion is great. For the part where you describe how you’re feeling, it would be even better if there was a voice note option because who wants to type out their breakdown. Not being able to turn on reminders without a subscription is bad.

It’s meh. I am a therapist looking for apps that my clients can use for CBT. While reviewing the app, I found the following: 1) Grammatical errors throughout 2) Hard to understand activities 3) Broken YouTube Links 4) Hasn’t been check for other errors. (I.e. “Food log” asks for emotions, but lists activities like bike riding and hiking. This is for people who have bulimia and anorexia.) It needs some work and I would definitely recommend using “Feeling Good Handbook” by David Burns.

I have been using this app for months now and I really love it. It has a lot of CBT exercises which are helpful. Even in the free version it has plenty of journal and meditation options. Highly recommend it!

Truly Amazing app! During one of my dark moments I went searching for a writing/journal type app. I downloaded this and four others, this was the only one that allowed me to even write. The rest wanted money at the start. After some writing, I wrote some more, I tinkered with the app, and I began using it fairly often without realizing. With the help of this app and therapy, I was able to work through somethings I never imagined I could.

  • Thank you so much for your review!

Highly user friendly for ADHD people, like myself. Still getting to know the whole service of this app, but I do enjoy using it for the sake of single use posts during the day. Highly recommended for people that have ADHD or are used to being called scatter brained. This one is for you. Mega helpful for an overachiever or student at university with a giant time table. Active people can make use of this as well. Great way to categorize your thoughts versus feelings.

  • We are pleased that you enjoyed the app. If there is anything we can do for you, just let us know at help@resiliens.com! Have a wonderful day!
