This is generally a good app. But what has happened twice now: there is a small delay in a flight and boarding begins after the originally planned departure time…I go to the gate to board and my trip has completely disappeared from the app. I had to manually re-add it. This should be fixed asap.
This app has design flaws. First, you can’t add your boarding pass to your wallet so increases inconvenience. Biggest flaw is the boarding pass in the app itself, you can actually view previous boarding passes with the QR code which is incredibly confusing as it won’t show a date and expired or used ones should be greyed out. Not impressed with the app at all.
Horrible design makes this app unpleasant. The check-in is prompted twice, onve 24h ahead and once 3 houra ahead. Then there is no information about gate or terminal leading to stress since info stamped on the boarding pass paper seem incorrect.
Great app, very user friendly. It allows you to add carry on bags, check in, change seats, etc.
Online checkin useless. Got an email to check in, sent me to a web page, check in successful, app knows nothing about my flight. Even when I try to add my ticket + name or confirmation# + name, it says no such ticket exists.
Kept showing Technical Error when trying to see my travel details or trying to check in. Had to do both via their website instead.
The app it’s quite intuitive and easy to use. Booking a flight is straightforward, although I don’t fancy the feature of automatically blocking the airport search while looking for the nearest airport. I would prefer to make this non-blocking, as I usually know the airport code and don’t like waiting… Also, the separation between actual and expired boarding passes could be made clearer, and a feature for deleting multiple expired boarding passes would really help. I’d give it 4.5 stars.

it has unreadable colours of light gray on white background when used on device with dark theme on. it’s also quite clumsy to use.
Easy to navigate but does not update and deleted my check in again. Checked in the day before but when at security I had to do it again bc it was gone. Sitting at the airport and the flight is delayed and the gate changed. The app says the flight is on time and still tells me the old gate. And this is about 30 minutes after I got a text, email and the announcement. I’d kinda expect the app to tell me this first. Especially in cases where one is not at the airport yet.
you should be able to buy additional services and then check in. it’s strange that only after you check-in online that you can buy additional services, which requires you to check out…
