2.5 weeks and no drop in # or severity of hot flash/night sweats (15+ severe per day). I did the daily reading, hypnosis session and sleep session. But it was never clear to me how this was supposed to help. The app has numerous problems as well. It asks for the total number of hot flashes per day, but doesn’t provide a way to track them. It was unclear to me how exactly the one 15 minute hypnosis session was supposed to help.

This is my fourth week using the app, and I am extremely pleased with the results! I was at wit’s end after trying many supplements and creams and was having moderate to severe hot/sweat flashes and was over it! I came across Evia by chance and was skeptical but was willing to give ANYTHING a try! The first week was no change, the second week there was a small change. On the third week, I saw a big difference. My hot flash/sweat flashes have been reduced 50-60%. I would highly recommend!

I love this app! I was hesitant at first because I already meditate. These hypnosis sessions have made a difference and the hot flashes have reduced dramatically in a short time frame!! Mind body medicine rock’s as I’ve healed myself from MS and now perimenopause too!! Thx u for creating this app.

Daytime hot flashes have definitely decreased in number and severity, night sweats have decreased in number. I cannot take hormone therapy and I’ve never found a supplement that works. Happy to have found this.
