SnoreLab user reviews :
Only used for 3 weeks, they’re already asking me to rate it. A couple of functionalities missing but still the best app I’ve used. Need a heap more options about recording, or choosing not to record, how long you keep recordings for, and more. Exciting, speccy interface makes you feel like you’re driving a spaceship! Agree with other reviewers: db readings and mislabelled sounds as snoring after my 1st night after 2nd of 3 laser treatments I got high score but the next 3 nights was half that!??
This app has proven much more useful than I had expected. I use it regularly, and it is helping me with making material lifestyle changes that influences my snoring. I do agree with some of the other reviews that sometimes it seems like my scoring isn’t always consistent, I am not sure if other background noise is causing the phone mic to get squelched? For the developers, it would be great if we could get min/max dB measurement with each audio segment during replay.
The devs do a pretty good job here. Some of the recordings don’t make much sense. Sometimes it’ll say it was super loud, but when I listen it’s really quiet or I don’t hear anything. I did find, there is a bug when you use the alarm function. If you set the alarm, when it goes off, you can stop the session, and it does stop, but the notification that a session is in progress stays. If you don’t use the alarm function, this doesn’t happen. Otherwise, it’s a good app.
- Hi Evan, thanks for your feedback, we are aware of this and are working on a fix. If you have any further information on what you are experiencing, feel free to email support[at]snorelab.com.
I like the app and it’s easy to use and gives great options to factor in when looking at and tracking your results. I unfortunately did have to cancel my subscription after the free 7-day trial period, as there doesn’t seem to be an option to pay month-to-month, but only annually, which sucks because I don’t want to use if for that long and it’s a lot of money to pay upfront.
I like this app. It gives me good feedback when I make lifestyle changes. I’ve noticed some phones have more sensitive microphones than others so the snore score will vary between devices. A fan in the room or lots of street noise or ambient sounds will also affect the score. If those factors are constant then the score is good for tracking changes.
