Sent a form out to a lot of people to test it but it shutdown and stopped working after distributing it. This app keeps crashing and won’t open the form for users. It also won’t open in the survey heart app. I have done many of these in the past with no issues or through Microsoft forms, it isn’t user error, this app just picks and chooses when it wants to work . I keep uninstalling it with no improvement. So frustrated (and embarrassed to have sent a broken link to so many people)

Nice app but there should be an option for converting form into pdf or word file for taking printouts. I used this app for a survey but now i need to submit the hardcopy which i am not able to. So I’ve to make a similar survey on ms word and need to do all work again.

While using the app, sometimes when setting up a quiz with my phone, even while the work is saved as draft, all the work just vanishes…please look into that. Actually the app is awesome

It’s a great app but there are some areas that need fixing, like for example in the template forms section when you select the order form what you get is some sort of feed back form and vice versa.
I will give 5 stars if we can delete responses and summary view as like the same in Google forms. But overall the app works fine and easy to use. Thanks for the developer.
