STORY
In the distant future, the only sentient beings in the world are robots.
They are the last remnant of the human spirit.
However, mankind is not dead.
Technology exists that is capable of transferring memories to these robots.
But with limited space, new memories will gradually overwrite the old.
To prevent the emotions in human memories from fading away, the robots resorted to converting the emotions to music, and storing them in a place called Cytus.
The robots use these songs to experience human emotion and dream that souls exists in each of them…

I remember playing this around 4 or 5 years ago and really enjoying it! Decided to come back to it today and was disappointed to find that, after about 5-10 mins of playing the game, the game stopped registering some of my touches. This now happens at least twice every song, and makes it almost impossible to get a million. Please fix this! It’s the most annoying part of an otherwise fantastic game, but it hinders the gameplay so much that it brings the quality of the whole game down.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GAME!!! I first got it on the PSVita and used to play with my partner in high school and we LOVED IT. We used to compete and try and get s on every song. I would love to give 5 stars but it’s tough seeing the prices for the other chapters still haven’t changed. I would love to be able to play them but the price is too steep for how long it’s been out
I absolutely love this game! the design was well thought out, and flows very well. The songs are all (well, like, 87%) good, and each in their own way unique, fun, and interesting. Forewarning however, this game is neigh impossible to play without the full version ($5), with a 30 sec ad playing after every death. well worth it though. Update: you cannot play this game offline. When you try to, a pop up shows telling you to connect to the internet. A perfect game besides that flaw.
Don’t get me wrong. I love this game; had this for 6-7 years. HOWEVER, afer changing my phone to Oppo Reno, the song is a few beats behind the popping up notes. That’s a whole 2 seconds or so song delay. Still playable, but not satisfying. Please fix this.
Man i love this game, cytus is really good than i though it would be, i thought i would just be some lame a** rhythm game but no, the music, and the game play is better than i thought. One of the reasons i downloaded this game is because its offline, but when i tried it out it didn’t work it said that ” Authentication failed. Please confirm that your device is connected to the internet then, then try again.” Man i thought it was an offline game but no it is not and thats bs
I love it all, it was truly ahead of its time. The songs are amazing, the overall story, while vague, is exceptional. What I thought was a software problem was a hardware problem though, my old phone crashed frequently, but my new one never did.
Very addicting game i ever Wat the game is this i was never sleep coz this game ilove a lot cytrus ..theres no lag so i recomend this game to my friend ti download it .. and they will never bsd feedback in this game ..congcrats dev you u desreve 5 star or more star 100+ hahah =)
Engaging and addictive Can’t say I’ve ever played or heard of a mobile game that gets the player as involved as this one. No more flick pinch and poke, you’ll be frantically jabbing and swiping at the screen in time with the music and strangers will shoot sidelong glances in your direction. Absolutely worth every cent.
