Update: Nothing was fixed and now I can’t play half of my games because of some malfunction. It is happening in different rounds of the game and I have to resign and start a new game and hope it works. PLEASE FIX! I love word games, this one in particular. BUT I’M TIRED OF GETTING THE ERROR MESSAGE. AND NOW I CAN’T LOG IN! Would be fantastic if y’all finally figured out a solution.

I purchased this app years ago to prevent pop-up ads. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and started receiving ads AGAIN. It doesn’t appear anyone at Zynga is paying attention to paid user accounts to uphold their Terms of Service. It’s not an oversight or it would have already been corrected. Zynga obviously has no controls and are purposely pushing ads. So wrong!!!

My game isn’t playing well right now. It wants me to update & then there will be ads. I paid to not have ads. I’m not going to update based on what I have read in the comments. But, I may have to find a new word game. This one is now slow & annoying!!

It was my favourite game, but now some of its features are lost! Tournaments wouldn’t start so I’m pretty disappointed. Seems no one is maintaining this app. What a shame.

I can’t seem to play ablitz game all of a sudden. I activate a game and my name doesn’t come up as a pkayer? Also, old games are not deleted. Some people have not played in more than 200 days but are still there?

inconsistent. it frequently cheats you out of your daily challenge prize which makes the daily challenge seem like it was all for nothing.

If they stop Word Streak and force us to use Boggle instead then i will stop playing for good. I love Word Streak, but dislike Boggle for many reasons. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!!! With the inclusion of the old classic board this game is back to its former glory. One of the best games around.

I am really upset. I purchased this game way back when. I have once again gotten a new device. What does Zynga do? It erased my entire history. All the way back from 2011/2012. I don’t have any friends, game/tournaments played. I was almost to a 100 game streak and that is gone, too. No high score. No nothing. It even took my POWER-UPS that I purchased. I am so done

This is my absolute favorite game of all. I play it every day & every chance I get through the day. I have also gained friends through messaging feature.

The game itself is great, especially playing with friends. The tournament play was great until EVERY ONE started using power-ups all the time. Use to be fairly competitive. Daily spins for free tickets used to be little more generous. Now, they hope you BUY more tickets instead.
