Cannot use the app for online check-in. App does not work to verify ‘travel document details’ so I am unable to check in via this app. I suspect that there are more fields in the personal details page, but it does not scroll up. The only information I can confirm is gender, date of birth, nationality, and country of residence. I confirm this much, but the app does not let me progress any further.

Log in slow, frustrating and virtually impossible. Does not accept password and pass code registers as incorrect, if one tries to backspace. What should be and has been useful is now useless. Revised rating: I must credit the speed of the KLM response. It shows that they are concerned. When they can get the app issues resolved, I will change my opinion accordingly.

KLM is a good airline. Could it be better, yes. But for me only in 2 things. I would really like to inform them about my allergy for tomatoes which is put in and on everything. And I miss the very nice suites like Delta, Virgin, Emirates and lots of others have.

Works great, some nice features like pre-selecting your meals, in app boarding passes. Can’t think of anything else to ask for that it doesn’t already do.

App worked well for me. Was very responsive and had full itinerary, even non KLM portions. Supported easy change to my booking which was by a travel agent. Nice job.

The latest version of the app appears to be very slow and broken. Using the website is much faster and more reliable. The old app was very useful. Now it barely has basic functionality working.
one of the easiest of these types of apps to use,so long as you can remember your loyalty card number. which for some reason keeps being forgotten by the app after every update. and that is my only niggle
