Easy to use and book. Clear explanation on cancellation policy. Receive confirmation immediately. The only issue is the response from the chat online is not competent enough. I have chatted with 2 different specialists over a missing letter for the train ticket from Paris to London and the simple matter is not resolved for 3 days. Finally the competent specialist I chatted to yesterday resolved the matter for me within 10 minutes.

App is glitchy. It throws a lot of errors around the payment processing module. Even after successfully paying, the app will often show that the booking is not yet confirmed and needs to be paid (again). Slow customer support response – they promised a response within 24-48 hours, but after 4 days there was still complete radio silence.

you have a first time user with 3 vouchers but cannot be used on my first purchase bcoz your limitations are longer than what is applicable… also, pls train your chat officers to answer directly questions that are also very direct. the use of spills can be really inefficient and annoying when a simple YES or NO would suffice… the range of choices you have are helpful even to seasoned travelers, so that is a very big YES for me.
