Beautiful interface, smooth and everything. I’m mainly giving the 5 starts because of the MALWARE ENCYCLOPEDIA. I was very surprised to find an online collection of many malware types, with definitions. Short and comprehensive. Improvements: More settings. It’s all about customisation. Don’t make Avast’s mistake, putting too many options. There should also be a dark more or other theme-related options, a chest virus and maybe, just maybe, a download manager/checker.

Have been using this app for as long as I can remember as I get it as part of my insurance with EE!! However the last 7-8 months I’ve been getting charged for the premium membership yet not getting it! I’ve only been getting the free version!! This is the first time this has happened. EE are useless and have no clue, It can’t be removed from my bill so I’m going to continue getting charged for a service/app that I’m not getting the FULL use from!

I used to trust lookout. For over a year on and off I’ve tried to use it… every time it tells me that my language (for me its always been US English) is riskware and wants to delete it! How is this even possible? I even deleted lookout, set a new account same phone. Still, i just got the warning again that English must be removed from my phone! Um… no. Anyone else get this? Is there a fix? I don’t want to remove it, I want that issue fixed. I need my language.

• Hi Willow, Lookout is protecting you here! Lookout only detects on files and apps. We wouldn’t detect your language pack at all. This is a great app for security and device protection. It covers all types of hacking, theft, and malware. Protects apps from viruses, also. Take a look at what all it covers and you’ll agree. Oh yeah, it protects your phone against theft – shuts it down completely!

Updated review: after years of using this product, updated @2mths ago and it will not even open. Deactivated program to proceed with uninstall and reinstall yet, it’s been stuck on “uninstalling” since. Even my cell phone provider could not uninstall program. Was a great a product with review of 4 stars unfortunately, I cannot support a product that’s this difficult to just uninstall. Sad

I’ve had Look Out app for a few years now an really haven’t had no complaints about the app. I do have a security camera on my property an I have to shut off (temporarily) the VPN to view my live version from my camera. (Just another part of staying safe.) Kalen (a customer service rep.) is there to help me if an when a question comes about. It’s good to know that I have (customer service) to solve my problem if needed.
