Notification light for Pixel user reviews :

This works well as an LED replacement on my P6a. However, please note you’ll need to purchase the Pro version and then configure it for your specific phone (most of the options you really need aren’t available in the free version). There is some effort/experimentation involved – it’s not plug-and-play, so be prepared to put a little bit of time into configuring it to get things the way you want it. Once that’s completed, it’s set-and-forget.

This is very cool, and is just something that should be included in the OS. Would be very cool if it allowed you to assign unique patterns to apps/events like you can colors. Would also like to see more customizations for the patterns. Still great, and really nice to even have the option for AOD notification light. Thanks for this. PS- Gets pretty wonky when the AOD screen is in landscape mode. I doubt most people even allow rotation when in AOD, but I wanted to mention it.

It works perfectly on my Pixel 6 Pro with Android 12. It has endless combinations so you can notify you in many different ways. It’s especially great at notifying you silently. Try it, you’ll like it!

So good I wish it was a full Always on Display replacement rather than just for notifications. Only two quibbles. Mine does not seem to repeat the notification colour despite a repeat being set. Main issue is the lack of brightness with the alert. Not sure why a pc app and code has to be injected when other Always On/Alert apps etc just let u set the brightness either via the app or by the device itself. I really wish this option was inbuilt (with suitable burn in warning).

Thank you for developing this app! I love the way it looks on my pixel 6. Setup and customization we’re done before you even got to finish that coffee. Custom colors for Apps, battery, and contacts are good. Effects and and DND/Night mode are Great! Clean & subtle as expected for LED options. What could make it Stellar? –Separate color/visual effects when camera and screen are both set to ON. –Plug-in for Tasker. I’ll buy you another coffee :) Oh pooh – at 500 chars

I updated to 4 stars but only 4 because I’m not sure if it’s and app or pixel issue so I made it 5 stars. The app works, the devs are great and they fixed the performance issues I had early on. They only problem now is that my pixel 4XL doesn’t line up right (but I’m not sure that’s an app issue but a pixel 4 issue). The notifications are in the middle of my screen but not in the right corner where the LEDs

Works great, but I have a suggestion. You should have an option to turn the Always On Display back on when the phone is docked or wirelessly charging. I want it to always be off when walking around all day, but have it turn back on when I dock the phone on my wireless stand so I can use the clock at night. Or even adjusting the setting on a schedule. Love the app!
