View and edit online Office documents
With ONLYOFFICE you will be able to create and edit all kinds of office documents – text documents, spreadsheets and presentations. The basic formats are DOCX, XLSX ans PPTX. All the other popular formats (DOC, XLS, PPT, ODT, ODS, ODP, DOTX) supported as well.
PDF files are available for viewing. You can also save and download files as PDF, TXT, CSV, HTML.

Share & grant different access rights
Choose your collaboration level. ONLYOFFICE allows you to share files to your teammates granting different types of access rights: read only, review or full access. Provide external access to files via links.

Co-edit documents in real time
With ONLYOFFICE Documents multiple users can edit the same doc simultaneously. You will see changes appear as your co-authors are typing.

Fill out online forms
View and fill online forms to quickly create model documents from ready templates, save them as PDF. You can create form templates in the web version of ONLYOFFICE Docs, or use ready templates from the template library.

Work locally
Edit text documents and spreadsheets, view presentations, PDFs, photo and video files. Sort, rename, move and copy files, create folders. Convert files for export.

Access cloud storages
Log in to clouds via WebDAV. With this feature, you can directly manage, edit text documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, and view PDFs stored in the connected clouds, download and upload them, as well as work with collections and directories.

Easily manage docs on your portal
Upload and download files, sort, filter, rename and delete them, add favorites. To work with the app in the cloud you need to have an ONLYOFFICE portal, either a corporate or a free personal one. If you don’t have one, you can easily create it from the app.

Romanian language special characters don’t transfer most of the time if I’m using prediction words from keyboard. Tried 2 different keyboards same issue. Docs take a lot of time to open and close compared to other similar apps. I get an ” internal error pls close this app and try again” when i try to open docs from the app itself recent, cloud or on device menus. Never happens when i open the doc directly from file explorer. Tab s7

This app’s “broken” ability to sync properly, cost me a days worth of edits. Very frustrating! I’ll add that my connection to Google drive timed out and when I exited the program I was prompted to save my work. When I did I was informed of an error and was prompted to log back in, causing the document to reload from the file in Google drive. Saved locally things are great, but I need to be able to sync to my Google drive regularly. I’m upping my rating because they responded here.

Couldn’t use on a tablet with Bluetooth keyboard as the bottom toolbar flicks on and off every time I use the space bar – terribly distracting. I don’t think this happens with the on-screen keyboard and if that’s sorted out I might have another look. Apart from that, I found that it won’t look for files on network storage, and the formatting options are quite limited. Also I was worried that it insists on having permissions for EVERY file on your device, not just for specific directories.

It might look great, unfortunately there’s a giant bug. When typing, a blank space is automatically added after every letter, which naturally makes the app useless… I’ve unistalled and reinstalled many times but the bug is still there… A pity, because everything else works smoothlessly and overall the app seems really great, user-friendily., etc… Looking forward to seeing the issue solved!
