Absolutely awful experience, the app and website do not allow you to control membership, the chat bot does not work properly. They deliberately do not provide the telephone number so you can speak to someone. I will not use this company again.

Hi Team, you need to change the date of birth/expiry date option. Once has to keep taking for about 50 times atleast before they get to the 1980s to select their date of birth! More if you’re born before that. Why not just have a drop down to make it easier. Same applies for the passport expiry date. Many thanks Bijal

Works well, somehow the app lost my hire car booking but I still had the email so it was not an issue
