Star Trek – Lower Decks

[Game] Star Trek Lower Decks

Star Trek Lower DecksThe official Star Trek: Lower Decks idle game!

Finally, after yet another tedious duty roster, the Lower Decks crew of the U.S.S. Cerritos is ready to party at a Zebulon Sisters concert! Tendi’s even more excited, as this’ll be her first Chu Chu Dance! But first, they need to get through routine training exercises on the holodeck, which Boimler has been entrusted to organize. Boimler? With power? When has that ever been good?

Impatient to get to the dance, the crew try to end the simulation only to find the Cerritos’ computer has been hijacked by rogue AI Badgey. He’s locked them in the holodeck and deactivated all safety protocols – so now Boimler, Tendi, Rutherford and Mariner must work through Star Trek stories, both familiar and new, so they can return to the real world. But be careful – if they don’t succeed, they’ll die for real. And even worse: they’ll miss the party!

Star Trek Lower Decks user reviews :

The cost of upgrades for characters is a little higher than feels appropriate, the game crashes often when playing ads (which are excessive), and each ad is between 30 and 45 second long. This game feels early access, as none of the game services have been operational since the game launched. Hopefully it will improve in time, because the writing is actually reminiscent of the show. As it is now, though, the game feels incomplete.

  • Hi, Lower Decks Captain, I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing crashing issues when playing ads. We’d like to help resolve this so you can join us in-game. Can you send us a message explaining the issue at lowerdecks@mightykingdom.games Looking forward to hearing from you, Customer Service | Starfleet Operations Division

So far it’s OK. The biggest issue I see after a few purchases is if you don’t spend the max real money possible in the events (get the most expensive package that allows upgrading and automating the most powerful simulation) then you’re not competitive within the leaderboard at all. This makes the events pay to win and leaves a bad taste. The “permanent” upgrades in the main game don’t feel like a waste by comparison, and waiting isn’t too bad (close the game and come back). The writing is good!

  • Hi, Lower Decks Captain, Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the monetization model. We’re working so that everyone can enjoy game progression, even if they choose not to make purchases. You can share progression difficulties at lowerdecks[at]mightykingdom.games (mailto:lowerdecks@mightykingdom.games). Thanks for your feedback

Very slow and repetitive, pretty average game. The ads are very long and often open the play store when you click the x to get rid of them which I feel is hugely problematic, it only happens in this game. You also have to click 2 x to close the add only to wait a few more seconds for the third to appear before you can actually close it, it’s ridiculous.

  • Hi Lower Decks Captain, I’m sorry the gameplay didn’t meet your expectations. I’ll be sharing your feedback about the extensive ads with the rest of the team this week. Thanks for your support, Customer Service | Starfleet Operations Division
