This app is exactly what I was looking for my workout plan. Very adjustable to my needs. I love it.
The app forget to sound alarms if the screens not on. If your interval is longer than 30 seconds doesn’t always sound.
This is what I want, simple, easy to begin with, big font and clear display, helpfully and beautifully colored, fantastic, 5 stars for sure. And thank you .
