Characters

Ash — The Prince of Hosts
The top host at Blood Rose and coven leader, Ash charms you immediately with his confidence and wickedly good looks… Until he drops his mask. Turns out when he’s not working, he’s bossy and rude. Still, he dedicates himself to protecting you, and you can’t help but wonder why he pushes people away. Can you break down his walls and find the tender vampire underneath… or will he give in to temptation first?

Finn — The Composed Guardian
As smart as he is good-looking, Finn’s the brains behind the host club. He’s a vampire of few words, but he would put his life on the line if it meant keeping you safe… That is, as long as he can resist taking a bite out of you himself. His unwavering dedication has you wondering what exactly it is that drives him. Can you uncover the mysteries behind this stoic man?

Brett — The Playful Younger Brother
This lighthearted vampire also happens to be your childhood friend. Though old enough to work at the club, Brett uses his baby face to charm all the clients, especially you. He’s been there for you for as long as you can remember, but there are a few skeletons in his closet that he’s never let out. Can you get him to open up about the secrets of your childhood or will the truth be too much to bear?

Nils — The Mysterious Bad Boy
The second-most-popular host at the club, Nils has a vendetta against humans. Alluring as he is twisted, there are obvious signs that he’s after your blood for himself. Are you willing to do what it takes to save humanity or will you give into his seductions and betray the club?

Twilight Host Club user reviews :

The amount of premium choices and lack of ways to earn points to convert to rubies to make those choices is frustrating. Either let me buy the game outright or allow better, more efficient ways to earn rubies. I would rather sit through like 5 minutes of ads to make a premium choice than what you have available now. And what’s with the lack of sound? There no music or sounds when you interact with the UI. It’s disturbingly quiet. The art is nice and the writing is fine, the story is standard.

LOVE the story and characters! The art is also gorgeous. The only thing I don’t like is how frequent the better choices pop up, aka the ones that need gems to unlock. You can either buy them, or slowly and tediously farm them via mini game. I watch the ads every 5 hours for the free 30pts towards gems, and also grind the mini game for points whenever possible. If you don’t mind purchasing gems often or grinding, it’s still a super great game!

The overall story is great! Love the theme, but it bugs me that you have to use diamonds for the really nice options. At the start, it only gives you an amount to only to able to make one choice.. you’ll be left with 8 diamonds throughout. And with the minigames system, after a couple turns, it’ll start to roll by random so it’s really difficult to get points there. There are little quizzes & games to earn points but those webs sometimes take you elsewhere & don’t lead you to the correct place.

The story kept me engaged and all I wanted to do was keep reading. It even made me want to see the special interactions for all the characters. I only had to sit through an ad if I wanted the rewards and the slot machine was way better then watching ads. You can either triple the points by watching an ad or refuse the ad and keep rolling. The only difference is if you don’t triple the points it takes more rolls. Regardless it’s a well thought-out game and story!

Like most genius games, it’s very formulaic and pretty decent. They need gems for most the “good” choices, but the games are super linear in my experience so it doesn’t really matter except to get some more romantic scenes. I’ve also just gotten bored of their games, but I pick one up from time to time to see if it will catch my interest.
