I used to love this game. Was very advanced in it, but changed phones to a new one. This one had no saves I could upload, so started over. Now, when I get a star upon finishing the daily challenge it freezes with a little gow point in the middle of the screen. I never get to see what I get from it if anything. All the fun is gone, only frustration, so uninstalling. Will miss a game I played daily for years

This is one that has definitely put me at odds with myself trying to figure the last word of a puzzle. It is a very enjoyable game to play. But, after playing a number of games (150) the damn thing started at the very beginning. This is upsetting as I enjoy playing my daily games with my morning coffee. When you are retired you look for more mind challenging things to do or play. Not sure if I will keep playing or just go find another game for my mornings. Will send email regarding this.

While the game itself is good, with only minor annoyances, the bugs are frustrating. First, it freezes randomly. It’s a partial freeze where you can click on most buttons except the letters. Second, when you choose to watch an ad for a hint, it won’t give a hint each time. I’ve asked for customer support about the freezing and received the same suggestions that were in the troubleshooting section. It doesn’t help or the suggestions aren’t easy to understand.

I Love this game. Addictive. Challenging. Graphics are awesome. Ads are not intrusive or overwhelming. Wish I’d have downloaded sooner. update….I have played this game several hours a day for months and now it freezes up more than.not. I uninstall and reinstall and it doesn’t help. Also empty cache. Nothing helps.

I’m on level 112, so far so good, would like the list of acceptable words that have been tried be shown as a list which is visible all the time, and if possible in alphabetical order. Was up to level 354, updated and now back to level 1, why? Thanks for response, but I don’t have any additional information to pass on, as stated it was updated through Google Play and the level went back to 1.
