Transitions Are Clunky. I would say the positions in the library are great. Lots of variety, and as always with Fitify, I like that your can adapt the level of difficulty and time. There are 2 problems that make this less “yoga vibe-y” to me.. 1. The transitions were horrible. Standing, laying, front, back…I’m dizzy! Yoga should flow more smoothly from position to position. 2. The name for each pose is blared out like in interval training, where I wish they would be in a softer tone.

A little expensive for a yearly subscription. I love the free version though! A perfect addition to any lifestyle and it really helps with period pain! I would highly recommend it!
Simple to follow, you can set the difficulty level and there’s yoga for different reasons/body parts, and there’s the free stuff which is very good and the stuff you gotta subscribe for too. Fitify makes great apps, I have the cardio app, the Fitify app, and this one. All very good, check them out

Very good app. Design is amazing. Easy to use. Good UX. Videos are with real people, not 3d videos. A lot of choice. Can select 6 different difficulties. Free app has more than enoigh for starters to be busy for months. Would recommend 10/10
I think it is the best free yoga apps where you can customize your exercise time woth nice and beautiful preview. The only drawback it doesn’t feature intrumental mediation music inside the apps
It is really easy to use. You can set your own difficulty, time duration, and you get detailed clip on each pose. Really good. Only the word NAMASTE should be removed by the voice coach.
Hello this is a feedback since I deleted my first comment by mistake I would like to say that I have no problems with the app at all it gives you good ideas and helps with stretches all im saying is when I saw the advertising pictures I thought that’s what it would look like but it didn’t more like an wierdly shaped and moving ladie could us better grafics BUT ALL IN ALL I WOULD DEFFINELTY RECOMMEND this
This is by far the best Yoga app I’ve used. Lot of content, nice and clean design. There are great poses for morning Yoga, that’s what I was missing elsewhere. Also I like classes for muscle recovery after training.
