Zenkit user reviews :

Zenkit is still the best way to organize tasks using its intuitive Kanban/ Scrum view. I’m normally used to the desktop which has a wide screen. Glad the mobile version is consistent. Scroll left right to navigate between todo, in progress and done. I know where to locate everything. I must say dragging tasks between different Kanban columns is quite sluggish.

Compared this App to ClickUp. Initially I followed a recommendation of Thomas Frank on YouTube to use ClickUp, but I found their App to be a little unintuitive. That’s why I’ve tried this App and it’s really convincing! Having a iOS-ish design might be unusual but I like it. It’s really intuitive, once you find out how the controls work. Only switching between the different views could be a little simpler. Maybe use gestures? Thanks for that great App!

Excellent. Has the option to create subtasks which is missing in a lot of similar apps !!

Great experience so far. Needing widget to replace current Nimbus Note, and Google Keep

I found the app usefull, I can more easily make a schedule and for all to see.

Extremely powerful tool for project management

Both the app and the online platform has had a complete overhaul since my last review and both are now a pleasure to use. Zenkit is very useful for project and task management purposes in a simple, but efficient manner. And once you understand how it works, it has really great potential. I am in great anticipation for them to add Gannt Charts and task dependencies, which is on their road map for this year. This will really take the power of Zenkit to the next level.

  • Thank you so much for your updated review, Egon! We’re so glad to hear that the updates have made such a positive impact on your experience with Zenkit! We’re excited for Gantt charts and dependencies, too
Amazing tool! Thank you Zenkit team for fixing the markdown editor bug on mobile, and all of the other major upgrades that have happened since my last review. I have my fingers crossed for a widget, and a shortcut to add tasks from the home screen. I use another app as an “inbox” whenever I have to write something down real quick.
