Zoho Mail user reviews :

(You can switch the conversion mode in settings, technical support helped me, thanks) Please, implement an opportunity to show messages not sorted by theme, simply one by one It is possible in laptop app where messages goes one by one, but mobile app doesn’t support this

  • We would like to get an understanding into your requirement. It would be great if you could please elaborate and let us know by sending over an email to mail[at]zohomobile.com and we will get right back to you. We look forward to hearing from you.
Many basic features, which were default at Microsoft Outlook ages ago, are not available at Zoho Mail, even when you use Zoho Mail premium. Examples: – Can’t delete unnecessary attachments to gain space while still keeping the mail – Can’t make an easy sorting based on senders/receivers names – Can’t quickly access to your own reply to a particular mail that you stored under a folder (at Outlook for instance, it appears a clickable line stating that you replied to that mail) – Can’t ‘paste’ files within the text (i.e. the attachment goes automatically somewhere at the bottom, and it is quite common to lose it from sight and search endlessly up and down to come across with the the attachment). – Can’t rearrange the attachments once they are attached (i.e. you have to keep the order of attachment or delete all and reattach) etc.. Also, the desktop app doesn’t instantly update itself so you feel under constant obligation of often rebooting it. Moreover, the desktop app is quite slow, and doesn’t sometimes register instructions like moving mails across files. When you update to premium at Zoho Mail, you weirdly lose the other accounts previously built free of charge for colleagues. In other words, Zoho Mail allows you to build free accounts for your colleagues when you use it for free; but when you actually want to pay them, either you lose these other accounts or you have update them too (which definitely is an unnecessary cost). All and all, Zoho Mail works well at the very basics, i.e. when you want to send and receive mails and attachments just as even the old Hotmail has been doing for ages; but beyond that you should not expect much.

I just created the email account and downloaded the app. This seems to be and satisfy the need of mine.. I am a gmail and Yahoo user for personal and use outlook for office mails. I feel Zoho gives better on my email compare to gmail and yahoo… One issue that I noticed, after creating the folder. Folder is not immediately visible. I need to completely close and reopen to view it in browser.

Starting online business must have free profesional email. I am very impressed with Zoho offers for free, the technology is amazing. Briliant step by step training is amazing. I can see they have really put a lot of detailed though into the product an training. The paid plans are so low entry and over deliver on value. Thank you Zoho team. I am new but i realy think you have created and done something amazing with this software. The calendar the task function. Well done Zoho!
