Good little app! I like that I can add videos from YouTube and create my own library. I have a lot YouTube videos that I am using for yoga. But I am always having trouble to find those that I used previously. Going through my YouTube history is challenging as I watch other videos as well. It would be nice if I can organize my videos based on categories. I love the colors!
I suffer from insomnia and this app helped me to fall asleep faster. I like the option that you can set up a timer, so the sounds will stop playing after for example 15 min. I didn’t try multi day programs, but short guided meditations are very relaxing. I like that all those options are free.

I’ve used this app now for a few weeks and I’m with 100% confidence saying this app works. Unlike other freemium meditation apps which coax you purchase by having a pay wall after a few days, this app actually offers a lot for the user even at the free stage. And the content is very good to a point where I have recommend so my family also. I’m confident that the premium version will be great if they have put this much of effort to the free version and I someday soon will invest on it happily!
