Great app! User for years. All of a sudden running into issues downloading filters/effects. Keep getting “download failed’ tap to try again.” This is for days I’m getting message. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Cleared cache and data. No resolve. I did email. Please help!

Been using this app for years, even paid for the VIP. Changed to new phone, can’t download a single filter fromt the store. It’s always “download failed” message. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, done everything, still doesn’t work. I paid for a broken app.

Would be great if you can put another option for the hairline facial retouching, right now, it just brings the hairline down, but not from the sides. The two hairline options together would be great

The app keeps asking me to upgrade to premium but it is not accepting Google play method of payment and that’s the only one I have.
